Following a requsest by many, I would like to publicize that I have visited the beef שחיטה plant that is under the supervision of Rabbi Berel Polatchek שליט"א , which supplies Rockland Kosher Supermarket. I also overlook the deveining, washing and salting in the supermarket. Everything is done with great הידור and I firmly support the השגחה .
